Parlan is a thin, soft, felt-like fusible batting.  Iron on to stabilise fabrics and give a little loft.  The result is soft and flexible without puckering.  

Suitable for bag making, tailoring or adding an extra layer to winter coats. 

Available in white.

Directions: place the coated side on the wrong side of the fabric.  Cover with a cloth and press each area for about 15 seconds, without pressing the iron too hard.  Allow to cool flat for about 30 minutes so adhesive can set properly. To reposition simply reapply heat to release and move. 

Note - always test on a scarp first.
